Shipping & Returns

Every Overview print is made to order by Level Frames in New York and shipped directly to you.

Shipping in the United States

• Free on every order.
• Most orders arrive in about 7 to 10 business days from the day you order: a few days to print and pack, then UPS Ground.
• Unframed prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube. Framed prints ship flat, packed and ready to hang.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS. The shipping cost is shown at checkout, and delivery times depend on the destination and customs. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country.

Returns

Because every print is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a different size, or prints ordered by mistake.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we'll replace it at no cost, including shipping. Email info@over-view.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem (and of the packaging, if it was damaged in transit). There's no need to send the print back unless we ask.

Custom prints

Custom prints follow the same policy. You approve a preview before you pay, so we'll only replace a custom print for damage or a printing defect.
